Dental Leadership Positions: Former Division Chief of Pediatric Dentistry, University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s. Responsible for strategic planning, faculty hiring and retention, budget concerns, improving efficiency, productivity, collections, implementing policy, supervision of faculty, pediatric dental residents, and staff, and patient care in clinic, sedation, and operating room environments. Former Member, Ohio State Dental Board.
Educator Positions: Former Clinical Assistant Professor, Pediatric Dentistry, Case Western University; Volunteer Faculty, MetroHealth Medical Center - Pediatric dental lecture series for general practice dental residents; Associate Director, NYU Langone – Rhode Island site. Business Operations: Purchased a 40-year-old practice with a negative profit margin and successfully transformed it to a $1.5M per year productive business, including but not limited to staff management, inventory, federal, state, and local regulations, budgetary limitations, profit/loss, lease negotiations, employment contracts with associates, and technology improvements. Successfully converted a paper-oriented business to a fully electronic health record (EHR) corporation with digital radiography.
